Throughout this series, you'll learn a nurturing blend of gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques tailored to support your changing body and help you prepare for labor. Each week will focus on different aspects of pregnancy and birth so you can gradually build confidence, resilience, and inner calm. This series is a chance for you to connect with your body, your baby, and find community with other moms-to-be in a supportive environment.
