Private Yoga Sessions

Whether you're seeking gentle prenatal yoga to ease discomfort and prepare for childbirth, or postpartum yoga to aid in recovery and reconnect with your body, I am here to guide you every step of the way! Throughout our time working together, I also provide text and email doula support so you feel reassured through any question or concern that arises, offering a continuous source of comfort and encouragement.

Sessions are held on zoom and 60 minutes long. Class packages range from 3 sessions to 24 sessions and can be used during pregnancy or within the first 6 months postpartum
